"Be it resolved that the Municipal Planning Meeting Agenda of Thursday, May 30, 2019 be approved as circulated

"Be it resolved that the Municipal Planning Meeting Minutes of Thursday, April 25th, 2019, be approved

"Be it resolved that Council of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand approve and authorize the Public Works Department to utilize the approved budgeted funds of $90,000 from the account of Wicklow Beach Road Culvert (10-0303-330-54105) to the account of Sunset Road Construction (10-0303- 330-53260), therefore bringing that account line total to $240,000, which would have enough funds to complete project in 2019; and further that the Public Works Manager’s Report be received and filed.”

"Be it resolved that Council of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand approve and authorize the Public Works Department to utilize the approved budgeted funds of $55,200 from the account of Surface Treatment (10- 0303-330-54445) and $53,590 from the account of Construction / Gravel (10-0303-320-52005) and $9,200 from Equipment Rentals (10-030-330- 54150) to the account of Glens of Antrim (10-0000-075-20150), therefore bringing that account line total to $305,982; moving these funds would eliminate the construction plans of Wicklow Beach Road as this road may be completed through government funding; and further that the Public Works Manager’s Report be received and filed.”

"Be it resolved that Council of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand direct Troy Gilmour, Manager of Public Works and Deputy CAO, to contact the Ministry of Natural Resources about the concerns of township residents relating to the monitoring of fill at aggregate pits located within the township and the potential for contaminated waste entering the pits and contaminating drinking water; and further that Troy Gilmour submit a report to Council and send copies to our local MPP, MNR, County of Northumberland, MOE, GRCA and LTC by next Municipal Planning Meeting scheduled for July 18, 2019. "Be it resolved that Council Report #2019-PED31, Re: Application Fees/Proposed Planning Fee By-Law 60-2019, be received and filed.

"Be it resolved that Council approve the date change of the July Municipal Planning Meeting to Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 12:30 pm.

"Be it resolved that the letter from MMAH, Re: A Place to Grow: Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe 2019, be received and filed.

"Be it resolved that By-Law No. 36-2019 - being a By-Law to amend the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 100-2010 of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand for George Hockney, Agents: David Hockney and Heather Parnell, Concession 4, Part Lot 9 Geographic-Haldimand, be read and deemed to be PASSED this 30th day of May, 2019; and further that the holding fee relative to the removal of the Holding zone, be waived.

"Be it resolved that By-Law No. 37-2019 - being a By-Law to amend the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 100-2010 of the Township of THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ALNWICK/HALDIMAND MUNICIPAL PLANNING MEETING OF THURSDAY, MAY 30, 2019 - 12:30 PM Alnwick/Haldimand for Lynn and Marie McVety, Concession 3, Part Lot 11 Geographic-Haldimand, be read and deemed to be PASSED this 30th day of May, 2019.

"Be it resolved that By-Law No. 38-2019 - being a By-Law to amend the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 100-2010 of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand for Scott Taylor, Concession 1, Part Lot 6 Geographic- Haldimand, be read and deemed to be PASSED this 30th day of May, 2019; and further that the holding fee relative to the removal of the Holding zone, be waived.

"Be it resolved that By-Law No. 57-2019 - being a By-Law to amend the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 100-2010 of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand for Brent and Erin Jenkins, Concession 2, Part of Lots 34 and 35 Geographic-Haldimand, be read and deemed to be PASSED this 30th day of May, 2019.

"Be it resolved that By-Law No. 58-2019 - being a By-Law to amend the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 100-2010 of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand for Vera Lubinski, Agent: Barry Surerus, Concession 7, Part Lot 20 Geographic-Alnwick, be read and deemed to be PASSED this 30th day of May, 2019.
