"Be it resolved that the Municipal Planning Meeting Agenda of Thursday, June 27, 2019 be approved as circulated.

"Be it resolved that the Municipal Planning Meeting Minutes of Thursday, May 30th, 2019, be approved.

"Be it resolved that the Council of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand, being a Land Division Committee/Committee of Adjustment adjourn to a Land Division/Committee of Adjustment Meeting for the purpose of hearing Consent Applications, at 12:42 p.m.

"Be it resolved that the Council of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand, being a Land Division Committee/Committee of Adjustment, approve the Consent as submitted by Diane Knight, Agent: Arend Baayen, AH- 14/2019, Concession 1, Part of Lot 2 Geographic - Haldimand, subject to the following conditions: • That a registered survey for the severed parcel be submitted to the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand; • That a draft transfer for the severed parcel be submitted to the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand; • That the tax account for the subject property be paid up to date; • That a zoning by-law amendment be in effect for the severed and retained parcels pursuant to the Planning Act; • That the $9,531.79 Development Charge for the severed lot be paid to the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand; THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ALNWICK/HALDIMAND MUNICIPAL PLANNING MEETING OF THURSDAY, JUNE 27, 2019 - 12:30 PM • That the $1,500.00 Cash in Lieu of Parkland fee be paid to the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand.

"Be it resolved that the Council of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand, being a Land Division Committee/Committee of Adjustment, approve the Consent as submitted by Walter Lyle Gallagher, AH-15/2019, Concession 3, Part of Lot 14 Geographic - Alnwick, subject to the following conditions: • That a registered survey for the severed parcel be submitted to the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand; • That a draft transfer for the severed parcel be submitted to the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand; • That the tax account for the subject property be paid up to date; • That the severed parcel be deeded as a lot addition to the recipient property and the applicant's lawyer submit an undertaking to register a consolidation on title, giving effect to the lot addition; • That the applicant's lawyer submit a legal opinion verifying that the lot addition lands will merge on title with the recipient parcel under the Planning Act.

"Be it resolved that the Council of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand, being a Land Division Committee/Committee of Adjustment, approve the Consent as submitted by Jeffrey McCulloch, AH-16/2019, Concession 10, Part of Lot 19 Geographic - Haldimand, subject to the following conditions: • That a registered survey for the severed parcel be submitted to the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand; THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ALNWICK/HALDIMAND MUNICIPAL PLANNING MEETING OF THURSDAY, JUNE 27, 2019 - 12:30 PM • That a draft transfer for the severed parcel be submitted to the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand; • That the tax account for the subject property be paid up to date.

"Be it resolved that the Council of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand, being a Land Division Committee/Committee of Adjustment, reconvene to the Municipal Planning Meeting at 12:57 pm.

"Be it resolved that By-Law No. 59-2019 - being a By-Law to amend the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 100-2010 of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand for Michael and Karen McIvor, Concession 5, Part Lot 14 Geographic-Alnwick, be read and deemed to be PASSED this 27th day of June, 2019.

"Be it resolved that By-Law No. 63-2019 being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Municipal Planning Meeting of Thursday, June 27th, 2019, be read and deemed to be PASSED this 27th day of June, 2019.
