Ainsworth; That Application AH-13/2023 by Joan and Jim Williams to sever a parcel for a vacant, rural residential lot in Concession 3 Part Lots 1 and 2 and RP 39R3428 Parts 3 to 5 Pt Part 2, Geographic Township of Haldimand, is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That a registered survey for the severed parcel be submitted to the Township. 2. In addition to the registered survey, a georeferenced DWG file of the survey be provided in a format satisfactory to the Township and Northumberland County. 3. That a draft transfer, certificate of official for the severed parcel be submitted to the Township. 4. That the tax account for the subject property be paid up to date. 5.
