O'Neill; It is recommended that the Committee of Adjustment / Land Division Committee of the Corporation of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand enacts as follows: That the Conditions of Consent Approval AH-14/2023 and AH-15/2023 which conditionally approved the creation of two new rural residential lots in Part Lot 17, Concession 9, Geographic Township of Haldimand which was approved by the Committee of Adjustment on September 26, 2023, be extended for a six month period, and further that the revised conditions are as follows: 1.
