The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand enacts as follows: That Council receives Report CLK-2024-11: Encroachment on a Portion of a Road Allowance in the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand for information; and That By-law No. 101-2023 be repealed and a new by-law be brought forward for consideration to authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to execute an Encroachment Agreement with the new owner(s) of 52-6108 Curtis Point Road, Roseneath.
