The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand enacts as follows: That the agenda for the Regular Council meeting held on July 9, 2024 be approved.

The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand enacts as follows: That Council receives report CAO-2024-14 Public Works Roads Construction for information; and That tender PW-02-2024 be awarded to Miller Paving Limited for Surface Treatment & Road Paving for the sum of $672,502.00; and That a bylaw be brought forward for consideration authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign and execute an agreement with Miller Paving Limited for Surface Treatment & Road Paving in 2024.
