The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand enacts as follows: That Van Pelt Construction be approved as a sole-source provider for the Centreton Sand Dome repairs for a maximum cost of $60,000; and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to enter into a contract with Van Pelt Construction for the Centreton Sand Dome repairs.
