The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand enacts as follows: That Tender T-06-2025 be awarded to Winslow-Gerolamy Motors Ltd for the supply of one (1) new tandem axle cab and chassis truck equipped with a power one-way plow, wing, and all-season combination dump body/spreader in the amount of $462,841.22 (inclusive of HST), as the sole bidder meeting specifications or equivalents; and That a by-law be brought forward to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with Winslow-Gerolamy for the purchase of equipment outlined in Tender T-06-2025; and That approved capital funds from the 2025 Capital Budget be
