That Council receives Report PW-2026-13: 2026–2027 Winter Sand Supply – Recommendation for Award for information; and That Council approve the award of RFQ-PW-05-2026 – Winter Sand to Gerald Finlay Construction Limited at a unit price of $19.60 per tonne, excluding HST, for the 2026– 2027 winter maintenance season; and That a by-law be brought forward to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute any required agreement with Gerald Finlay Construction Limited for the 2026–2027 winter sand supply.
