The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand enacts as follows: That By-law #2026-16, as amended, being a by-law to Designate the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand as a Site Plan Control Area, to Define Classes of Development that may be Undertaken Without the Approval of Certain Plans and Drawings be given a first, second and third reading and finally passed this 24th day of March, 2026.

The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand enacts as follows: The Council receive the correspondence from the Eastern Ontario Wardens Cauces and the Township of Rideau Lakes regarding the ALTO High-Speed Rail Project in its Current Form; and That Mayor Logel be directed to respond indicating that the Township does not support the proposed southern corridor ALTO project until more information is available.
